ALA is pleased to provide exhibitors with a location to host author autographing sessions. *You must be a contracted exhibitor to participate in the Author Autographing Area.* The Author Autographing Area will be located in the back of the exhibit hall. Autographing stations will be available each hour in 20-minute or 50-minute time slots. Maximum time slot is 50 minutes.
ALA will provide participating exhibitors with the following in the Autographing Area:Onsite schedule signage
1 skirted table with 2 chairs for book distribution
1 skirted counter with 2 stools for autographing
Rope and stanchion
Carpeted area
Listing of autographing sessions in the online planner and mobile app.
Exhibitors are responsible for any needed supplies, and for managing the autographing session(s).
This area is for autographing activities only. No food and beverage is allowed in this area. Exhibitors must adhere to scheduled time slots for autographing sessions.
Submission does not guarantee a time slot. Time slots will be confirmed prior to the Annual Conference. Must be current exhibitor to participate. Content provided will be used in marketing materials. Submission site closes 11:59 PM CST on Friday, April 28, 2023.
