• The ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition program submissions must be suitable for in-person but not limited to live-streamed, prerecorded and/or on-demand. ADEA reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a presentation will be in person, live-streamed or prerecorded and on-demand.
• We recommend that you save your work separately from this system as you go along.
• Submission acceptances from prior years does not guarantee acceptance for the current year. Submitting a strong, well-written abstract is vital towards consideration for the program.
• NEW: Please be aware there are new changes in the CE guidelines. If your submission is selected, you may be required to deliver your final presentation for review as early as 60 days before the conference.

• Educational Program: 20-Minute New Idea Session: June 1, 2026
• Educational Program: 45-Minute Small Group Discussions: June 1, 2026
