Please read the information below regarding the presentation proposal submission process for the NAGAP Graduate Enrollment Management Summit. The system will permit proposal submissions until October 31.

Educational Domains
Think outside the box! Do you have experience from a previous position or career that may have relevance to our daily work? We know our membership has vast experience, and we want to capitalize on those strengths. Consider presenting on ANY topic that would contribute to all levels of professional or personal development. Educational domains include:
• Recruitment & Marketing
• Money Matters
• Integrated Operations
• Student Services
• Alumni Engagement Across the Student Life Cycle
• Enrollment Modeling & Strategic Planning
• Career, Staff & Personal Development
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

For each submission, we ask that you indicate the format in which you would like to present. Depending on which format you select, you will then be asked to provide additional information specific to the format you choose.

By starting the submission process, you acknowledge the following:
• You have read and agree to the deadlines and procedures listed above.
• All presenters (primary or additional) are required to register for the NAGAP GEM Summit at their own expense.
• All presenters will be provided the date and time of their presentation in sufficient time to book travel accordingly. NAGAP will not change your presentation date or time due to travel schedules.

A Note about Vendor Presentations: If you are a vendor partner looking to provide an in-depth, exclusive, product-based presentation please choose vendor presentation as the session type. The fee associated with providing a vendor presentation is $3,000 for exhibiting companies or $5,000 for non-exhibiting companies.

In lieu of a paid vendor presentation, vendors are encouraged to participate in the education session proposal process, if they follow these guidelines:
• The vendor must co-present with a college or university.
• The presentation must be a research-based presentation (no sales pitches).
• The vendor cannot submit multiple education session proposals (NAGAP will not accept the same vendor presenting in multiple educational sessions).
• The presentation must meet the criteria set forth for an education session.
