The American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists invites orthotic and prosthetic professionals, as well as healthcare collaborators and researchers who support individuals receiving O&P care, to submit proposals for presentation at the 2027 Academy Annual Meeting & Scientific Symposium.
As the premier gathering of the O&P profession, the Academy Annual Meeting is a platform to share cutting-edge research, clinical innovations, and collaborative solutions that shape the future of patient care.
We welcome submissions from across the care continuum that advance knowledge, spark discussion, and promote excellence in orthotic and prosthetic treatment and outcomes.

Organized Sessions: April 1, 2026 - Sunday, May 17, 2026
- Propose a cohesive session featuring multiple presenters discussing a key topic in orthotics and prosthetics.
- Interactive session formats that engage attendees in participation are strongly encouraged.
Free Papers: April 1, 2026 - Tuesday, June 30, 2026
- Share your individual research findings or clinical case studies.
Posters: April 1, 2026 - Sunday, November 8, 2026
- Present your work in a visually engaging format to stimulate discussion and collaboration.
