Poster Abstract Submission — 2025 ASHP Conference for Pharmacy Leaders

Thank you for your interest in developing a poster abstract for the 2025 ASHP Conference for Pharmacy Leaders, taking place October 6–7 in Chicago.

Note: While this is a leadership-focused meeting, we welcome poster submissions on any pharmacy-related topic, including clinical content. Submissions do not need to be limited to leadership themes.

• All poster abstracts must be submitted no later than August 1, 11:59 p.m. PT.
• Please review the Poster Submission FAQs.
• Important: The person submitting the abstract must be the Primary Author—the lead author whose name appears first on the abstract. The Primary Author is responsible for entering all required information for all authors.

Important Reminders for Poster Presenters:

• Presenting a poster at our meeting is a voluntary effort, and ASHP cannot cover expenses related to your participation.
• If your submission is accepted, you will be responsible for your own meeting registration and travel.
• All poster presenters must be registered for the full meeting in order to present. There is no single-day registration available for this conference.
• ASHP does not offer continuing education (CE) credit for poster presentations.
