2022 Store Manager Awards

The FMI Store Manager Awards Program recognizes exceptional supermarket store managers who generate sales growth, provide outstanding customer service, contribute to attaining company goals, mentor employees, and are an integral part of the communities they serve. Please help us recognize these exceptional people by nominating your best for the 22nd annual FMI Store Manager Awards. For more information please visit the Store Manager Awards website.

Please note the following:

Any company operating in Canada will now be considered part of Category D: International retailers.

If your company is a subsidiary of a larger company you may nominate your store manager in the category based on the subsidiary’s size.

Past finalists may be nominated, but please show what new and innovative ideas and programs they have implemented since the last submission.

All nominated Store Managers will be acknowledged on February 22, 2022, Supermarket Employee Day.

Our top finalists will be announced publicly during the month of April. The final awards will be presented virtually during the last week of April 2022.
