2026 Gage Awards Application

The Gage Awards program celebrates the exceptional contributions of members of America's Essential Hospitals, recognizing their efforts in advancing quality health care, improving population health, and operational excellence. Through these awards, we highlight and honor innovative programs, best practices, and impactful improvement initiatives, with the goal of inspiring replication across the health care community. By showcasing exemplary leadership and success stories, the Gage Awards not only foster innovation but also strengthen our research, policy development, and advocacy efforts, driving progress in health care for all populations nationwide. The Gage Awards will be presented on June 11, 2026, during VITAL2026, the association’s annual conference.

Important Dates:
*Friday, Oct. 10, 2025 11:59 pm ET: All applications must be received by this date and time.
*October 2025 - January 2026: All applications will be reviewed by volunteers on the awards committee.
*March 2026: Selected winners and honorable mentions will be notified of the status of their submission.
