IMPORTANT DATES AND DEADLINES:

• Monday, August 4, 2025 (9:00 pm ET): General Abstract Submission Deadline
  
• Friday, September 26: Oral/Poster notification emails sent by SMFM
  
• Monday, October 6: Late-Breaking submission site opens.
  
• Friday, October 3: General abstract submission withdrawal deadline.
  
• Friday, October 17: Early Registration Deadline!
  
• Monday, November 10 (9:00 PM ET): Late-Breaking abstract submission site deadline.
  
• Monday, November 24: Late-Breaking abstract notifications sent to submitting and presenting authors.
