		Submit Your Presentation for NeoCon 2026 Programming
You’re invited to submit a presentation for NeoCon 2026. The deadline for submissions is January 15, 2026. Selected presenters will be notified by February 16, 2026.
Programming submissions will be considered for the following formats:
- VIRTUAL CEU SESSIONS
- ONSITE CEU SESSIONS
- WORKSHOPS
- NEOCON TALKS
Up to sixty (60) submissions will be selected for professionally produced, pre-recorded 1-hour sessions available on the NeoCon CEU Hub, June 8–December 31. Approved by IDCEC and AIA.
Eight (8) live, 1-hour sessions will be selected to present at THE MART during NeoCon, June 8–9. Approved by IDCEC and AIA. These sessions will also be recorded and offered as Virtual CEU Sessions.
Four (4) experiential 1.5–2 hour sessions will be selected and held at THE MART, June 7-10, featuring hands-on, practice-based learning. Approved by IDCEC and AIA.
Twelve (12) engaging, 20-minute thought leadership presentations will be selected and featured live at the 7th Floor NeoCon Talks Lounge, June 8–9. Talks will be recorded and shared post-event.

Before applying, please review the Evaluation Process, Submission Requirements, and Speaker Expenses.
The Evaluation Process:
CEU & Workshops are reviewed by the members of the NeoCon Program Review Board. Evaluations are based on overall quality, industry relevance, well-defined focus within the educational, practical application of the material, timeliness of the topic, and speaker qualifications.
NeoCon Talks are curated by the NeoCon and Design Milk teams, based on originality, clarity, relevance, and presenter experience.
- Talks must be 20 minutes max and no more than two speakers.
To be considered for NeoCon 2026 programming:
- Your presentation must be educational in nature — sales presentations will not be accepted.
- Industry manufacturers or vendors not participating at NeoCon are ineligible to speak or participate as a presenter.
- Your material should be original; otherwise, cite the source(s).
- For multiple speakers, each speaker must agree to this submission.
- Incomplete presentation submissions will not be considered.
- Submitters for selected presentations will receive notification by February 16, 2026.
CEU Presentation Guidelines:
- Your presentation should address at least one of the educational categories listed: Design Skills, Education, Facility Management, Healthcare, Hospitality, Inclusion, Industry Directions, Lighting, Public Space, Sustainability, Technology, Wellness or Workplace.
- Presentations should be 60 min long.
- Presentations should not exceed four speakers, including the moderator.
- We will seek continuing education unit (CEU) accreditation for all selected presentations.
For accepted 2026 submissions, NeoCon is pleased to offer:
- The full list of attendees online and onsite, where applicable, including name, title, company, and email address.
- Promotional support via NeoCon's marketing communication (including website, pr and social media).
- Selected On-site CEU speakers traveling from outside of Chicago are eligible for one (1) night hotel stay. Hotel selected by NeoCon.
- NeoCon will not pay hotel expenses for speakers currently employed by manufacturers, permanent showrooms at THE MART, exhibitors, or members of the Press.
