The Association for Asian Studies is pleased to open the Call for Proposals for the AAS 2026 Annual Conference to be held March 12-15, 2026 in Vancouver, B.C., Canada at the Vancouver Convention Center.
This portal will collect proposal submissions from Wednesday, June 18, through Wednesday, August 6, 2025, 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET). Proposals submitted outside of this portal or emailed directly to the AAS are ineligible and will not be considered for the 2025 AAS Annual Conference Program.
All proposals must be submitted by August 6, 2025 at 5:00 pm E.T. DEADLINE

PLEASE NOTE: Proposals remaining incomplete after the deadline date will be locked and will not be reviewed by the committee.
