Welcome to the 2025 Annual Urology Advocacy (AUA) Summit Speaker Portal!


The AUA Advocacy team is seeking program speakers for the 8th Annual Urology Advocacy Summit in Washington, DC, from March 3-5, 2025 (the “AUA Summit”). Selected speakers will have the opportunity to highlight healthcare policy issues, challenges, and solutions to hundreds of urologists, patients, and AUA leaders. We are seeking applications for speakers with expertise on topics aligning with AUA’s Federal, State, and Patient Advocacy Priorities, which may include the following emergent topics of interest:

  • Clinical Trial Access Barriers
  • Drug Shortages, Disaster Relief Efforts and Long-term Policy Solutions
  • Drug Supply Distribution Chain
  • FDA Black Box Warning on Low-Dose Estrogen
  • How AI is Used in Clinical Settings, By Payers and Beyond
  • Medicare Coverage Processes: MACs/LCDs & CMS/NCDs
  • Medicare Physician Payment Reform
  • Pharmacy Benefit Managers
  • Physician Unionization, Collective Bargaining and Related Considerations
  • Supreme Court Decision Overturning Chevron Deference and Its Impact on Health Policy
  • United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) Reform
  • Workforce: Scope of Practice, APP Training in Specialties, and Burnout


    • Applicants will be required to briefly summarize their presentation proposal and explain how the topic connects to advocacy as part of their application. If you are interested in presenting on multiple topics, please submit a new application for each topic. Speakers will only be selected to speak on one topic.

Please note that applicants may start the application, save their progress, and return later to finish and submit their application. The submission deadline is Tuesday, December 17th, 2024.
