Please review the following requirements carefully before completing your submission.
If your proposal includes more than one presenter or speaker, you must provide the full name, professional title, and brief biography for each presenter. The submission cannot be completed without this information for all presenters.
The system requires completion of the following fields:
- Consent to the Privacy Policy
- Proposal Title (Maximum 75 words)
- Primary Subject Area (dropdown selection)
- Secondary Subject Area (dropdown selection)
- Summary and Description (Maximum 50 words)
- Presentation Proposal (Maximum 500 words)
- Learner Outcomes (Maximum 100 words)
The system will not allow entries to exceed the stated word limits.
On the abstract summary page, you must click “Submit” in the top right corner to complete your submission.
You will receive a confirmation email once your abstract has been successfully submitted. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your submission was not finalized.
