The submission process is open to ALL participating health professions. Please share this opportunity with your colleagues and professional networks.
We invite you to develop engaging, interactive conference sessions and share your expertise and effective practices. Collaboration with student financial aid and records colleagues at your institution or other schools, including across the health professions, is encouraged.
Submissions on all relevant topics are welcome, but you are encouraged to consider these topics that are of interest to the communities:
- Debt Management and Financial Literacy in an Evolving Financial Aid Landscape
- Navigating Financial Aid Post Grad PLUS: Innovative Approaches to Funding, Advising, and Planning
- Navigating Private Loans and Lender Relations: Effective Approaches in the Current Environment
- Leave of Absence and Modified Enrollment: Implications for Financial Aid, Registration, and Student Progress
- Managing Student Eligibility and Enrollment Milestones: Step Delays, Matching, and Extended Timelines
- Academic Calendars and Student Academic Progress: Aligning Schedules, Aid Disbursement, and Academic Advancement
- Technology Evolution in Financial Aid and Registrar Services
- Away Electives: Financial Aid Availability, Accessibility, and Impact on Specialty Selection
- Strategic Leadership and Organizational Development in Student Financial Aid and Records
- Advancing Professional Development and Retention in Student Financial Aid and Records

The deadline to submit is 11:59 pm ET on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
Decision notifications will be sent to submitters in October.
