The AAHFN Annual Conference

The AAHFN Annual Conference is designed to meet the educational needs of nurses interested in heart failure patient care.

Eligibility to Submit a Proposal

The opportunity to submit a session is limited to current AAHFN members. AAHFN member number is required at submission.

Call for Best Practices

You may submit a proposal to be considered for an oral abstract presentation (15-minute presentation) or a poster presentation.
