The deadline to submit an abstract is 11:59 PM EST on Friday, November 21, 2025. Authors wishing to withdraw an abstract must do so through the submission portal and in writing via email to abstracts@amecme.com by November 21, 2025. After this deadline, accepted abstracts cannot be withdrawn from printed meeting materials.
Abstracts previously published elsewhere will not be considered for inclusion in the AF Symposium
Notifications will be sent via email to all submitting authors after the submission deadline.
