Welcome to the AACTE Annual Meeting Proposal Submission Site

You will be using this portal to submit content proposals for the 2025 Annual Meeting. Please note key dates below regarding deadlines and notifications.

START HERE:

Please review the following before beginning a submission.

SUBMIT or EDIT A SUBMISSION:

  • ALL SUBMITTERS must create a new user account for the 2025 Annual Meeting Proposal Submission Portal.
    1. Click below on the Create Account button on the left-hand side of the login window under "New Users" to set up a user account.
    2. Use your Institution or Organization email address when setting up an account and follow the instructions accordingly. Yahoo and Gmail addresses are discouraged.
    3. You will then be sent an email with your access key. Your access key is not the same as your AACTE member password.
  • You can create or access your proposals and make changes throughout the open period once you have created an account.
  • After setting up your 2025 Annual Meeting user account, you may view your proposals by logging in with your email address and access key.

  • Feel free to get started and come back later to finish up before 11:59 PM (Pacific) on June 28, 2024.
  • Multiple proposals are allowed per submitter.
  • Please refrain from submitting the same content more than once.
  • Please bookmark this page for future reference.

    Call Timeline
    • May 30, 2024: Call for Reviewers closes.
    • June 28, 2024: Call for Proposals closes; submissions locked.
    • July 1 - 30, 2024: Peer review period.
    • August - September, 2024: Proposal selection period.
    • October 7, 2024: Notifications emailed to submitter, RSVP requested.
