UltraCon is looking for the best-of-the-best medical ultrasound abstracts. Physicians, clinicians, researchers, and new investigators from diverse organizations and specialties are encouraged to submit their ultrasound research for a chance to present, get published, and win cash prizes!

Not all abstracts will be accepted so make sure your submission is as complete and detailed as needed for the review committee to make an informed decision.

UltraCon accepts abstracts that have been previously presented or published with other organizations. Abstracts that have previously been presented at an AIUM meeting, however, will not be accepted. All presented abstracts will appear as part of the Official Proceedings, a supplement of the Journal of Ultrasound in Medicine.

Please review the abstract submission guidelines prior to submitting an abstract. Once you begin an abstract submission, you will be able to save your work and return to complete it. The following presentation types will be accepted:

Registration Requirements

First authors of all accepted abstracts are required to register for and attend UltraCon. If the first/presenting author does not register for UltraCon, their abstract could be withdrawn from the program and will not be published in the Proceedings or be eligible for a prize. Further registration details will be provided in the acceptance email.
