- Late Abstracts will be accepted starting June 1 through June 30, 2025 at 11:59 pm ET.
- Late Abstract submissions will not be eligible for Student and Early-stage Professional Abstract Awards or Travel Grants.
- A nonrefundable Abstract submission fee of $30 (USD) per Abstract for Students and $55 (USD) per Abstract for Non-Students is due at the time of submission.
- Encore presentations are welcome but must be documented as such when the Abstract is submitted.
- The deadline to withdraw Abstracts is August 15, 2025. We regret that we cannot accommodate exceptions to this deadline. Abstracts that are not confirmed by this date will not be published and withdrawn.
First Authors and Presenting Authors will receive email notification in mid-July regarding the status of their Abstracts for the ACCP Annual Meeting. If you have not received a decision letter by that time, please contact the ACCP Meetings & Exhibits Manager via email at KPreiss@ACCP1.org.
