Welcome to the 2025 AIR Forum Call for Proposal Submission Site

Thank you for your interest in submitting a session proposal for the 2025 AIR Forum. The AIR Forum is the annual conference of the Association for Institutional Research (AIR) and provides an opportunity for professionals in higher education to learn, connect, and share.

The 2025 conference is scheduled for May 20 - 23 (with pre-conference education May 19-20), at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, FL. Presentation formats include pre-conference sessions, impact sessions, speaker sessions, panel sessions, discussion groups, and poster presentations. Multiple submissions are permitted. However, please do not submit the same session in multiple formats. Choose the best format for delivering your content based upon the guidelines for each format type.

AIR uses the Cadmium platform to collect and manage session proposals. If you haven't created a new account for this year, click “Create an Account”. To submit a proposal, enter your username and password and click “Sign into Account.”

Note: This account is separate from your MyAIR account, but you should use the same email for both accounts.
