AIA27 Call for Proposals

Lead the dialogue at AIA27!

The AIA Conference on Architecture & Design is the definitive gathering for architects and design professionals who believe design can—and must—do more and who want to be part of what's next in shaping the built environment.

We're looking for education & tour proposals that help attendees:

• Engage with issues shaping the future of the built environment and the future our world demands.
• Build authentic relationships with peers, partners, and collaborators who share their values, challenges, and vision.
• Gain tools, strategies, and insights to imagine differently, collaborate courageously, and design with purpose.
• Reignite their purpose and leave inspired to lead what's next.
• Experience learning and connection that can only happen in person.

Your proposal helps shape these conversations and the experience of AIA27.

Important dates

• June 15, 2026: Call for proposals opens for submission
• July 21, 2026: 11:59pm: Final submissions due
• November 2026: Submitter notifications sent
• December 2026: Speaker agreements and materials due
• January 2027: AIA27 Registration opens
• May 19–22, 2027: AIA27 in Philadelphia!

Submission instructions

• Step 1: Review the AIA27 Call for Proposal Reference Guide (PDF).
• Step 2: Prepare requirements for your proposal and complete submission in its entirety. All session speakers/tour leaders must be secured at the time of your submission.
• Step 3: Submit!

All proposals must be submitted online via the submission portal by 11:59pm PT on July 21, 2026.
