This virtual event is designed to highlight creative approaches, emerging technologies, and innovative practices that are transforming teaching and learning across health professions.

Whether highlighting a new technology, demonstrating how a tool is being used in practice, or sharing a novel approach to teaching and learning, presenters will have the opportunity to engage with a national audience of educators, instructional designers, researchers, technology leaders, industry partners, and more.

Through live demonstrations and practical examples, attendees gain an inside look at how emerging technologies are being implemented to solve challenges, enhance learning, and support educational innovation.

The audience for this conference represents a broad mix of educators, technologists, researchers, clinicians, administrators, industry partners, health system leaders, learners and residents.

The Program Planning Committee is seeking proposals for digital demonstrations across a variety of topics related to the use of technology. Submitters are strongly encouraged to read the Instruction Guide to prepare for the submitting process. Proposals featuring products that have already been implemented around strategic initiatives or operational excellence in the learning environment are encouraged. Please review our sample proposal submission as a guide for how to structure your proposal. We also have an example of a well-rated digital demonstration from one of our previous virtual demonstration conferences which can be viewed here here .
