Welcome to the AAS-in-ASIA 2025 Call for Proposals

The Association for Asian Studies is pleased to issue the Call for Proposals for the AAS-in-Asia 2025 Conference to be held June 1-4, 2025 in Kathmandu, Nepal.

This portal will collect proposal submissions from September 12 through October 31, 5:00pm Eastern Time (ET). Proposals submitted outside of this portal or emailed directly to the AAS are ineligible and will not be considered for the 2025 AAS-in-Asia Program.

PLEASE NOTE: Proposals remaining incomplete after the deadline date will be withdrawn and will not be reviewed by the committee. Only the original submitter has access to the proposal.
