The American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and the Association of Rheumatology Professionals (ARP) invite patients affected by rheumatic diseases to submit their stories for ACR Convergence 2021.

Browser Requirements: Google Chrome is the recommended browser for accessing the submission site. You may experience issues when using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. The ACR uses a single-sign on process that allows you to log in via your rheumatology.org account.
