ACR Convergence 2023

Submit a Session Proposal to ACR Convergence 2023

Submissions are open. Deadline to submit proposals is December 13, 2022, at noon ET.

Do you have an idea for a session at ACR Convergence 2023? We want to hear it! Let your voice be heard and contribute your thoughts to the premier meeting in rheumatology. By suggesting a session, you can help ensure diversity in speakers, and that the most balanced and relevant content is incorporated.

Please read the full ACR Convergence 2023 Call for Proposal Guidelines to assist in preparing your submission.

Consider how your proposed session:

  • Highlights recent developments in the diagnosis and management of patients with rheumatic diseases
  • Describes potential challenges in the delivery of care to patients with rheumatic diseases and specifies possible solutions
  • Incorporates new research data to improve the quality of care of patients with rheumatic diseases
  • Highlights new technologies for the treatment of rheumatologic problems
  • Showcases a new or young investigator

ACR Convergence 2023 will be held at the San Diego Convention Center with opportunities to view content virtually and on demand. Typically, sessions are 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes in length, have one to two moderators, two to four presenters, and include at least ten minutes of Q&A.

Submitters will be notified of the final status of their proposals in March 2023.
