Proposals due Friday, February 14, 2020

The Society for Neuro-Oncology is now accepting proposals for Sunrise and Lunch Sessions that will take place during the SNO annual meeting to be held November 18-22, 2020, in Austin, Texas.

Submissions are due by February 14, 2020. Submitters will be notified in due course after the submission deadline if their proposal is accepted. You may also use this site to update your contact information for the conference.

Please read the following important information before submitting a proposal.

• Submitters may indicate a preference for a Sunrise or Lunch Session, however the assignment of a morning or lunch session remains at the discretion of the organizers.
• Sunrise Sessions take place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings during the conference. Submitters preferring a Sunrise Session are encouraged to plan for up to four speakers (including the chair) and 1.5 hours of educational content.
• Lunch Sessions take place on Friday and Saturday during the conference. Submitters preferring a Lunch Session are encouraged to plan for up to three speakers (including the chair) and 1.0 hour of content.
• To submit a complete proposal, submitters will need to know the email and affiliation of all speakers listed in the proposal.
• It is not necessary to inform or confirm proposed speakers at the time of submission. Confirmation of speakers can occur after the proposal is accepted.
• Each proposed speaker is required to have a proposed presentation title or topic.
• Submitters of proposals that are not accepted are encouraged to submit their research as abstracts in the traditional way.
