Abstract Submission Deadlines

• The submission deadline for general abstracts on HIV and hepatitis viruses and their related conditions is September 20, 2022.
• The submission of abstracts on all SARS-CoV-2 and monkeypox sciences plus late-breaking abstracts on HIV and hepatitis viruses opens December 1, 2022, with a deadline of January 5, 2023. Data analyzed after the general abstract submission deadline should not be submitted as late-breaking research on HIV and hepatitis viruses and their related conditions unless they meet a high threshold of scientific merit

Upon submission, a confirmation email will be sent to all authors listed in the abstract. If you or one of your coauthors did not receive the confirmation email, log back in and access the abstract to verify that the email addresses are correct.
