Welcome to the Call for Abstracts for the 2026 ISPE Annual Meeting

The theme of the 2026 ISPE Annual Meeting is Unlocking the Power of Pharmacoepidemiology to Improve Patient Health

  • The submission deadline is 11:59 pm EST on Thursday, February 12, 2026. The deadline is firm and will not be extended.
  • The 2026 ISPE Annual Meeting will be a live event held at the Allianz Milan Convention Center (MiCo), Milano, Italy, August 29-September 2, 2026. Virtual presentations are not permitted for the event; all presentations must be delivered in person. If you submit an abstract, it is with the intention that you will physically attend the meeting to present it.

  • Please read the instructions and FAQ before starting your submission. While the system is intuitive and includes guidance notes, the instructions and FAQs provide more detail.
  • You must have an account in ISPE's database to access this system. Have your access credentials available when you click the Login button below. If you do not have an account, click here to create one.
  • All submissions are reviewed by volunteer abstract peer reviewers. Only current ISPE members may ‎serve as peer reviewers through an invitation process managed separately from this submissions ‎process. Please check your email and the ISPE website for announcements regarding serving as an ‎abstract peer reviewer. ISPE manages a double-blinded review process for oral and poster presentations.‎
  • To apply for a travel scholarship to the conference, please complete this form by March 12, 2026: https://survey.alchemer.com/s3/8590974/2026-ISPE-Annual-Meeting-Scholarship.
  • All event attendees, including keynote and plenary speakers who are not members of ISPE, are expected to cover their own registration and travel costs. While the default policy is self-payment, exceptions can be made for both plenary and symposium speakers. Please note the following: Case-by-Case Basis: Financial support or fee waivers are not guaranteed and are reviewed individually. Approval Process: All requests for exceptions must be submitted to the Executive Committee for review. Deadline: Requests must be received by February 27 for consideration.
