By submitting a proposal for consideration, the submitter and all proposed speakers agree to abide by the policies and procedures included in the document, as well as all ACNS CME policies.

Submission Dates
Abstract submission opens November 14, 2022. All proposals must be submitted online by January 11, 2023 at 11:59pm ET. No exceptions will be made.

Online Poster Abstract Submission
Poster abstracts must be submitted through the submission site. Complete instructions for submission are available online. Proposals that have been mailed, emailed or faxed will not be accepted. Anyone may submit a Poster Abstract to ACNS. Membership in ACNS is not required for proposal submission.

Poster Abstract Review
All abstracts submitted will be reviewed, evaluated for scholarly and relevant content, and graded in blinded fashion by the ACNS Program Committee. The review process takes approximately four weeks, and acceptance notification will be made by email by February 1, 2023.

English Translation Review
All poster abstracts should be submitted in English. Poster abstract submitters for whom English is not a first language may request assistance from the ACNS International Relations Committee in reviewing abstract drafts for English language translation. To request translation assistance, please email the full text of your draft submission (in English) to Carrie Grossman at the ACNS Executive Office (cgrossman@acns.org), allowing at least 7 days for review of the translation.
