Submit your professional background, expertise, and perspective related to the session or poster topic. Submissions are reviewed by ACP staff, subject matter experts, and industry advisors to develop a high-quality and balanced program.
Confirm Participation
Selected speakers and poster presenters will be notified by October and invited to participate in the full conference and receive access to a significantly discounted speaker registration rate.
Prepare
Speakers will participate in planning calls with ACP staff, moderators, and fellow speakers to align on session flow, audience takeaways, and overall content strategy. Poster presenters will be asked to participate in an onboarding call with ACP staff and fellow presenters to review presentation expectations, logistics, and onsite experience.
Collaborate
Work closely with moderators, co-speakers, fellow presenters, and ACP staff to create sessions and poster presentations that are engaging, informative, and impactful for attendees.
Present & Engage
Deliver your presentation or poster onsite with full technical support from ACP staff, while contributing to meaningful industry conversations and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing throughout the event.

ACP Presenter Policy
- Presenters are responsible for the development and delivery of their presentation.
- Presenters authorize ACP to publish their biography, presentation title, and supporting materials in conference-related platforms and materials.
- Presenters consent to ACP recording presentations for on-demand and post-event use.
- All presenters must register for the conference using the discounted presenter rate.
- Presenters agree to complete all required tasks by the communicated deadlines.
- Presenters are encouraged to promote their participation through their professional networks.
- ACP must be notified in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the conference if a presenter is unable to participate.
- Presentations must remain educational and non-commercial. Sales pitches and product promotion are not permitted during sessions or poster presentations.
- Failure to meet these requirements may impact eligibility to participate in future ACP events.
