As an experienced healthcare professional, you have a unique ability to share important knowledge as an industry thought leader. Your MCG family understands that your organization faces many challenges - from improving health outcomes while controlling costs to meeting quality measures and ensuring regulatory compliance.

At Client Forum 2027 in Phoenix, MCG will bring together individuals from diverse organizations (payers, providers, ACOs, TPAs, government entities, and others) to learn about new and emerging best practices in a community-minded environment.

In addition to offering plentiful networking opportunities, Client Forum supports your professional development by exposing attendees to innovative, real-world use cases of MCG artificial intelligence solutions, guideline content & analytics, and interoperability software. Attendees can then return to their respective organizations armed with knowledge of how to:

  • Improve health outcomes for patients/members via evidence-based best practice
  • Implement effective processes that control or mitigate unnecessary costs
  • Promote optimal workflows to increase efficiency and minimize administrative burdens
  • Support existing and emerging accreditation and regulatory requirements

Note: If selected to speak (and permitted by your organization), MCG will cover your Client Forum registration fee, reasonable travel expenses, and hotel accommodations.

Your MCG family invites you to join us in our mission of providing patient-focused guidance to the healthcare community. We are eager to hear your success stories, use cases, and lessons learned from leveraging MCG care guidelines, AI technology, and customer service.

We are especially interested in stories that address the following submission topics:

  • Leveraging MCG artificial intelligence (AI) and automation solutions as the source of truth for clinical reasoning
  • Payer-provider collaboration and cooperation for mutual benefit (e.g., improving patient outcomes, reducing administrative burden, and reducing risk)
  • Legislative- and regulatory-driven initiatives (CMS rules and state regulations related to clinical authorizations, the use of AI technologies, and decision transparency)
  • Social determinants of health (SDoH), population health management, and health equity
  • Population health strategies
  • Clinical education
  • Accountable Care Organization (ACO) insights and education
  • Physician Advisor use cases, insights, and education
  • Initiatives to improve financial and clinical outcomes (e.g., LOS optimization and effective transitions to post-acute care settings)
  • Use of benchmarks and data to narrow unwanted variations in care
  • Behavioral health strategies that support appropriate opioid management and mental health parity

Client Forum attendees routinely provide feedback that they are most interested in presentations covering practical applications of how organizations use MCG to achieve success in these areas.
