To be considered for a SIG session at the 2026 AES Annual Meeting, you will be required to complete the online proposal form. Demand for SIGs usually exceeds the available space, therefore renewal will be on a competitive basis. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered due to the tight review timelines and in the interest of fairness to competing SIGs.

The information you provide will assist the SIG Oversight Committee in programming sessions that best meet the needs of annual meeting attendees, check for overlap with other meeting content and allocate meeting space.
