Welcome to the 2026 G2E Dealer Championship Nominations

Submissions for the 2026 Dealer Championship are now open. The deadline for nominations is Friday, July 17, 2026.

Who is eligible to participate?

• The competition is open to dealers employed at land-based or online legal and regulated casino operators in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Contestants must be nominated for the contest through their employer – the employer must submit the nomination.

• Dealers that are not currently employed as dealers at a legal and regulated casino entity or without the support of their employer are not eligible.

• Dealers employed on a part-time, on-call or dual-rate employee are eligible for the event.

• Every nomination must also include a judge from the same property to accompany the dealer.

• Both the competitor and judge must be available to participate in all of the competition days.

Each competitor must be accompanied by an executive from their casino in a table games role holding the title of director level or above. This person will serve as a judge in the competition. Both the competitor and judge must be available to participate in all of the competition day.s

• One competitor per casino property is allowed.

For enterprises with multiple casino properties, refer below to find the number of nominations allowed by entity.

• Casino operators with 1-3 properties can nominate 1 dealer for the championship.

• Casino operators with 4-7 properties can nominate 2 dealers for the championship.

• Casino operators with 8-19 properties can nominate 4 dealers for the championship.

• Casino operators with 20+ properties can nominate 7 dealers for the championship.

How do nominations work?

• Competitors must be nominated by their employer on the “Competitor Nomination” form on the G2E website.

• The nominator must be in a table games role at the casino operator and hold the title of director level or above.

• Information on the judge from the same property must accompany the competitor’s information in the application.

• In summer 2026, the G2E Dealer Championship Advisory Board will review applications and inform nominators and competitors of acceptance or rejection.

• The nomination process will remain open until July 17, 2026 or until the number of competitors reaches capacity.

• Nomination does not guarantee participation in the competition.

• Additional judges may be nominated to participate, without an accompanying competitor.

• If nominee will be determined by an internal contest within the casino operation, information on that process, including dates, must be included on the nomination.

• There is no fee to enter.

• Competitors and judges are responsible for own travel costs.

• All participants will compete in both Blackjack and Roulette for the contest. This is a requirement.

• All competitors and judges must be available to participate in all three days of the event, September 29 – October 1, 2026.

• Participation is limited, first to apply will be first to be considered for participation.
