2020 Joint Program: Council on Child Abuse and Neglect (COCAN) and Section on Minority Health, Equity and Inclusion (SOMHEI)

The Joint Program: COCAN-SOMHEI will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2020 from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM.   (Room location TBD)

Topics:

Any aspect to the identification, management, or prevention of child abuse and neglect or Adverse Childhood Experiences. Adverse Childhood Experiences can include, but are not limited to, household or community violence, poverty, food insecurity, parental or child mental health, household dysfunction and substance use. In addition, abstracts that pertain to identifying or improving child or family resilience will be considered.
