Welcome to the 2026 Annual Urology Advocacy (AUA) Summit Application Portal!
The AUA Advocacy team invites you to apply to be featured in the 9th Annual Urology Advocacy Summit in Washington, DC, from February 23-26, 2026! This three-day event brings together hundreds of urologists, AUA leaders, patient advocacy groups and other stakeholders to discuss key policy issues affecting urology and meet with lawmakers on Capitol Hill.
Registration for Summit 2026 opens this fall — but applications to be featured in the program are open now through October 7, 2026! There are two types of applications, read below to find out which is right for you, and directions for submission.
General Sessions: For general programmatic sessions on the first and last days on the AUA Summit, we're seeking speakers with expertise in Medicare reimbursement and payment reform, federal research policy, telehealth and AI policy and regulation, workforce issues and other high-impact topics that relate to or align with AUA’s federal, state and patient advocacy priorities . Please note that AUA membership is not an application requirement.
Virtual Poster Presentations and Public Policy Forum: For the third consecutive year, the AUA Summit 2026 will feature a Public Policy Forum showcasing rising stars in urology. This opportunity is only open to medical students, urology residents, and fellows. For consideration, applicants must submit a virtual poster related to their work or research on a policy or advocacy-related topic affecting urology or patients with urologic conditions. Posters will be featured on the AUA’s 2026 Summit Virtual Poster website and select applicants will be invited to present their work live in Washington, DC, at the 2026 Public Policy Forum during the Summit.

The application submission deadline for both General Sessions and Virtual Poster Presentations is October 7, 2025.
