The 31st CTOS Annual Meeting November 18-21st, 2026 in Seoul, South Korea

Abstract Deadline: June 22nd, 2026 11:59 PM EST

We cordially invite you to the 2026 CTOS Annual Meeting in the dynamic and beautiful city of Seoul. The CTOS 2026 program will leverage your abstract submissions to showcase the latest discoveries in basic science, translational research, and multidisciplinary clinical care for bone and soft tissue sarcomas. As CTOS continues to grow internationally, we aim to further broaden the expertise represented at our meeting and strengthen collaboration across disciplines and continents. Abstracts accepted for oral presentations will be published in the journal ESMO Rare Cancers.

The Seoul CTOS 2026 meeting theme embraces:
• The impact and experiences of sarcoma care and advocacy around the world
• Extended invitation to allied healthcare and speciality partners, including a session on gynecological sarcomas

The Sarcoma of the Year for 2026 is Rhabdomyosarcoma. This challenging and evolving disease entity exemplifies the importance of international collaboration across pediatric, adolescent and young adult, and adult oncology. We will spotlight advances in molecular classification, risk stratification, translational modelling, and emerging therapeutic strategies that are shaping the future of rhabdomyosarcoma care.

Other highlights of the program will be The Herman Suit Lecturer, Dr. Elizabeth Baldini, and The Nina Axelrad Lecturer, Dr. William Tap. On Wednesday prior to the start of the meeting, there will once again be The Foundations of Sarcoma Science Symposium, as well as TARPSWG, Ultra-Rare Sarcomas, and SARC meetings, thus creating focused platforms for scientific exchange, collaboration, mentorship, and community engagement across key sarcoma networks. In addition, the program will feature educational sessions and expert-led debates.

We are pleased to confirm the expansion of the criteria for travel grant applications. See requirements here.

Of course, CTOS is known not only for its scientific excellence but also for its collegial spirit and networking opportunities. We look forward to welcoming you at the Welcome Reception, engaging with presenters during the Poster Reception, and celebrating together at our gala evening—an opportunity to experience Seoul’s unique culture, cuisine, and hospitality while reconnecting with colleagues and friends from around the world.

We ask you to follow the link and be inspired by the abstract categories. See you in Seoul November 18-21st, 2026 for another successful, inspiring, and truly multidisciplinary CTOS Annual Meeting.

Sincerely yours,
