The American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and Association of Rheumatology Professionals (ARP) invite you to submit a case-based image and take advantage of the opportunity to have your work peer reviewed by experts in the field. If accepted, your image will be digitally displayed in the distinguished international venue of ACR Convergence and be added to the ACR Rheumatology Image Library collection. One image will be selected as the winner and be published in the Arthritis & Rheumatology journal. The winning submitter will receive complimentary registration to the ACR Convergence 2026 in Orlando, Florida.

The 2026 submission category is: Rheumatologic Assessment via Ultrasound.

We also welcome submissions to our new Open Category. These images will be reviewed for potential inclusion in the ACR Rheumatology Image Library but are not eligible for the Image Competition. Submissions should also follow the Image Competition Guidelines.
