ConnexFM2027 Call for Presentations
Submission Review and Selection Process
The selection process involves a review of every complete presentation submitted prior to the deadline. Completed submissions include content leader (speaker) profiles (i.e. bio, photo, credentials, contact information) for each session content leader, session descriptions, and actionable learning objectives.
Submissions are evaluated based solely on the information provided. It is essential that all instructions are followed carefully, and all requested details are included. Incomplete submissions will not be considered. Additionally, proper grammar, punctuation, and overall presentation quality are key components of the evaluation process.
Typically, we receive a high volume of presentations for ConnexFM's National Conference, surpassing the number of slots available for acceptance. As a result, only the most outstanding presentations are chosen for inclusion in the conference program.
Non Commercialization Policy
Education Sessions Are Not Sales Pitches ConnexFM education is built on trust: attendees come to learn from peers, not to sit through a vendor pitch. All accepted sessions must comply with our non-commercialization policy. Sessions found to be promotional in nature may be removed from the schedule, and repeat violations may affect future speaking eligibility. Specifically, sessions may not: Promote, endorse, or sell a specific company's product or service, use company logos, product names, or branded screenshots as the visual identity of the presentation, frame the session's core takeaway around “why you should use [Company]” rather than the underlying concept, methodology, or outcome.
