Conference Theme and Educational Tracks

Our theme for this year’s conference is Engaging Minds and Empowering Success and we will focus on collaboration to build our collective knowledge, skills, and experience as facilities professionals. Our three professional development tracks are:

• Building Collaborative Partnerships: Topics include networking, collaboration, communication, managing relationships, employee relationships, and business partnerships.
• Strategies, Ideas and Alignment: Topics include creating a shared vision, employee health and wellness, change, change management, data collection and analysis, leadership skills, staff management, and efficiency.
• Innovation and Creativity: Topics include driving continuous improvement, technology, space reuse, tools, sharing best practices and lessons learned.

We encourage proposals that demonstrate success through case studies and programs that offer inspiration, innovation, diversity, and excellence. If you have a topic that will be of significant interest to the audience but may not align exactly with the themes, we still encourage you to submit a proposal for review.
