This site is not linked to your IACP membership account or previous years' submissions. Please create a profile for this site to submit a proposal. This account will not impact or replace your IACP membership or incur any fees. Once your account is created, you will be directed to a Privacy Notice requiring signature for GDPR compliance. You will only have to complete this page during your first login.

To submit your proposal, complete the required tasks by midnight ET on Monday, January 31, 2022. You may save progress and return to your proposal as often as desired prior to the submission deadline.
