Call for Presentations for PGA Show Orlando Education Program

The PGA Show Education Program is the golf industry's premier professional development program, bringing together thousands of golf professionals each year to learn from industry leaders, discover best practices, and gain practical strategies that drive success both on and off the course.
Presented in collaboration with the PGA of America, the Education Program delivers high-quality educational content designed to help attendees strengthen their skills, improve business performance, expand their professional networks, and stay ahead of emerging trends shaping the future of golf.
We invite industry experts, educators, practitioners, innovators, and thought leaders to submit proposals that provide meaningful educational value, practical takeaways, and actionable solutions for today's golf professionals.
Conference Audience
The PGA Show Education Program serves a diverse audience across the golf industry, including:
Attendees represent leadership, operational, instructional, retail, and business development roles from across the golf industry.
Submission Deadline: July 24, 2026
Final Notification Date: September 15, 2026
Proposals may be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis prior to the final notification date.
Education Tracks
Because attendees can earn PGA Professional Development Requirement (PDR) credits, all proposals must clearly align with one of the four PGA Show Education tracks.
A- Executive Management
Executive Management sessions focus on leadership, organizational excellence, and business performance. Topics may include leadership strategies, best practices from high-performing clubs and facilities, hiring and training techniques, staff development, financial management, and performance metrics used to drive operational success.
B- Golf Operations
Golf Operations sessions focus on optimizing facility operations and enhancing the golfer experience. Topics may include course and facility management, customer service, tournament operations, staffing, technology solutions, operational efficiencies, and business processes that improve overall performance.
C- Teaching & Coaching
Teaching & Coaching sessions are designed for professionals looking to elevate their impact as instructors and coaches. Topics may include coaching methodologies, player development, teaching business management, player program organization, communication strategies, marketing techniques, and innovative approaches to golf instruction.
D- Golf Industry
The Golf Industry Track is designed for professionals who want to deepen their expertise and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape. Sessions should explore topics shaping the future of the game, including marketing strategies, culture and diversity, retail operations, merchandising, pricing strategies, member engagement, emerging technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), career development, business innovation, and industry trends.

A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission. Email address used for correspondence will be speakers@pgashow.com
All speakers are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and related expenses. If a speaker fee is required, it must be clearly disclosed and included as part of the proposal submission for consideration by the PGA Show Education Management Team.

Sessions should focus on sharing knowledge, best practices, case studies, emerging trends, and practical solutions that attendees can apply within their organizations. Sales presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional sessions will not be considered.
