Welcome to the AAEM27 Speaking Proposal Submission Site

The American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM) invites you to submit a proposal to speak at the 33rd Annual Scientific Assembly (AAEM27) in San Antonio. The proposal deadline is Wednesday, July 8 at 10:59pm CT. The deadline will not be extended.

AAEM27 is proudly the premier clinical conference in emergency medicine. Add-on courses are offered on Sunday, April 25 and during the morning of Monday, April 26. The conference officially begins with Opening Remarks on Monday, April 26 at midday and concludes on Thursday, April 29 at midday.

Scientific Assembly is an in-person conference only. Proposals for virtual sessions are not being accepted. Submitters will be notified of their acceptance or declination by October 31.

AAEM membership is required to speak at Scientific Assembly. If invited to speak, faculty must join or renew their membership through 2027.
