All users will create a new account, even if you submitted a session for a previous event.

CALL FOR SPEAKERS INFORMATION & GUIDELINES

All submissions must be entered and completed by December 31, 2025

All speakers whose submissions are accepted will receive a full conference registration at no cost (travel, housing, and other expenses are the responsibility of the speakers)

Session abstracts need to reflect an objective learning proposal and refrain from the selling of products and services

All accepted speakers are required to submit presentation slides or a PDF summary sheet that will be accessible to attendees on the mobile app.

All speakers/submissions will be notified by the end of February of acceptance status via email
