PBSA invites you to submit a proposal for the 2026 Mid-Year Legislative & Regulatory Conference
Sessions will be held on March 29 – April 1, 2026, in Washington, D.C.
The focus of this conference is all things background screening. We’re looking for educational content in areas like business, business practices, management, compliance, security, tenant, international, and more.

Important Note for Administrative Assistants or Those Submitting on Behalf of a Speaker
If you are submitting a proposal on behalf of someone else, the account profile must be created in the name of the person who will actually be speaking. There is a designated field labeled “Administrative Assistant” within the account where you may enter your own name and email address. Doing so will ensure you are copied on all communications, but the submitter name must reflect the speaker to maintain clarity throughout the review process.
