Welcome to the 2021 Apartmentalize and APTvirtual Call for Presentations!

Individuals who believe they can contribute new ideas, solutions, and innovations for current issues and challenges that confront the apartment housing industry are encouraged to submit a written proposal through our online platform by September 30, 2020, 11:59 p.m. EST.

Overview
The National Apartment Association (NAA) is America’s leading advocate for quality rental housing. NAA's mission is to serve the interests of multifamily housing owners, managers, developers and suppliers and maintain a high level of professionalism in the apartment housing industry to better serve the rental housing needs of the public.

Looking forward to 2021 events, NAA is nimbly adapting in response to the rapidly changing landscape of association events. We have begun planning for Apartmentalize, to be held June 16 – 18 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL. NAA is transitioning from hosting CampusConnex as a stand-alone conference to integrating student housing management into Apartmentalize 2021. And because virtual events are now a familiar experience and vastly expand our reach to audiences, we are planning a second APTvirtual in October 2021. We will create programming for multiple events from this Call for Presentations.

Apartmentalize/APTvirtual speakers selected from this process will receive a complimentary full conference registration to the event to which they contribute.

Conference Demographics

Apartmentalize attendees represent all facets of the multifamily housing industry. This is a breakdown of the 2019 attendee demographics:

NEW IN 2021:
NAA looks to expand on the target audience described above to include content for property managers and on-site professionals related to operations, maintenance, marketing and leasing, financial basics, among others.
