Welcome to the Student, Resident, and Fellows Poster Abstract Submission Site

Thank you for your interest in submitting a poster abstract for the 2025 Midyear Clinical Meeting, December 7–10, in Las Vegas. ASHP is currently accepting abstracts for the following:

• Student Posters
  Extended! The abstract submission deadline is October 22 at 11:59 p.m. PT. You may submit a student poster abstract if you are currently enrolled in a pharmacy-related degree program or if the research was conducted while you were enrolled in such a program.
• Resident Posters
  Extended! The abstract submission deadline is October 22 at 11:59 p.m. PT. You may submit a resident poster abstract if you are currently a pharmacy resident or if the research was conducted during your residency.
• Fellows Posters
  Extended! The abstract submission deadline is October 22 at 11:59 p.m. PT. You may submit a fellows poster abstract if you are currently in a fellowship program or if the research was conducted during your fellowship.

IMPORTANT:

• Please review the Poster Submission Instructions before beginning your submission. Failure to follow these instructions may result in your abstract not being accepted.
• The primary author must submit the abstract. Submissions on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
