Abstracts for Lifestyle Medicine 2021 “Patient Centered. Value Based. Outcome Driven." are now being accepted. All authors are encouraged to read, and thoroughly understand the submission guidelines before submitting an abstract.

Any accepted abstract first-authors must register for the Lifestyle Medicine 2021 conference. If you do not register, you will forfeit your opportunity to present. You will be responsible for your own lodging and any additional travel expenses. No honorariums will be given for poster or oral presentations.
