Welcome to the Abstract Submission Site for the
2025 TQIP Annual Conference!
This is your chance to share with other TQIP centers all the interesting initiatives you’ve put in place at your hospital. We want to know what internal PI efforts you have embarked on and how you have been using TQIP in your center.
All abstracts received will be reviewed and considered for on-site poster presentation during the TQIP Annual Conference, November 8-10, 2025, in Chicago, IL.
This year we are accepting abstract submissions for presentation consideration in the following sessions:
Poster Session
Oral Abstract Sessions
TQIP Academy (back this year!)
VRC Academy (new this year!)
Details for each of these submission types can be found on our website. Determinations will be made based on subject matter, strength of PI process including loop closure, and the use and strength of data. Those who had posters and presentations at previous TQIP conferences are encouraged to resubmit with additional outcome data or loop closure.
The deadline for online submission is Sunday, June 15th (11:59 pm Central Time). Abstracts cannot be accepted nor revised after the deadline, including changes/deletions/additions to the author order.
Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent to submitters in September. All committee decisions are final. All abstracts chosen for poster or oral presentation are expected to be presented in-person, on-site in Chicago, IL (no exceptions). Final instructions for poster presenters will be available at the time of notification. If your abstract is selected for an oral presentation or case study, TQIP staff will contact you with more details.
Registration Information:
Registration is anticipated to open in late summer 2025. Please be aware that all speakers and poster presenters, including oral abstract presenters, must register separately for the conference. Having an abstract accepted for the conference does not automatically register you. The registration fee is waived for oral abstract presenters. Poster presenters are required to pay the registration fee.
We look forward to your participation in the TQIP Annual Conference and thank you for your submission!
