Call for Education Session Proposals | AACE 2027

Join us May 14–16, 2027, in San Diego, CA for the AACE Annual Meeting!

The American Association of Clinical Endocrinology (AACE) invites you to submit an education session proposal and have the unique opportunity to be part of the AACE 2027 Annual Meeting education program.

The 2027 AACE Annual Meeting is structured to provide relevant clinical education for practicing endocrinologists, fellows, trainees, primary care physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, diabetes care and education specialists, clinical pharmacists, registered dietitians, and others in the endocrine care team. The program will focus on education that supports the best patient outcomes in diagnosis, management, and treatment of endocrine diseases.

General Guidelines

  • Important Note: If you have relationships with ineligible companies, those relationships must be disclosed and may require mitigation. In many cases, content will undergo peer review. Ineligible companies are those whose primary business involves producing, marketing, selling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients. For exceptions, visit accme.org/standards.

    • Novo Nordisk

    • AstraZeneca
    • Xeris Pharmaceuticals


  • Submission Deadline: July 20, 2026, 11:59 PM ET
  • The submitter will serve as the primary contact for all correspondence during the submission process. After acceptance, the primary speaker will assume this role.
  • By submitting a proposal, submitters agree to participate if accepted. Decisions regarding acceptance and presentation format are final.

    Note: No more than four faculty members, including moderator, may present a single session. Email addresses are required for faculty invitations.
