General Stream Fees and Deadlines

Item	Details
Early bird fee	$49 per General Stream submission until May 21, 2026.
Regular fee	After May 21, a fee of $99 applies per General Stream submission.
Submission deadline	Sunday, June 14, 2026, by 11:59 p.m. EDT. No exceptions. Please ensure you give yourself enough time when making your submission for all authors to complete their COI task. Each author must complete their COI task BEFORE a submission can be submitted.

CSEM Resident Fees and Deadline

Item	Details
Submission fee	$25 per Resident submission. Resident submissions are not published in the Canadian Journal of Diabetes.
Submission deadline	Monday, September 7, 2026, by 11:59 p.m. EDT. No exceptions.
