PRE-SUBMISSION FEEDBACK OPPORTUNITY FOR CLINICAL POSTERS
Clinical poster submitters may participate in a pre-submission feedback opportunity offered by APSHO advanced practice mentors. Refer to the Clinical Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines for instructions and note important dates below.
ORAL POSTER PRESENTATION FOR CLINICAL POSTERS
Ten clinical poster abstracts will be selected for presentation during oral poster sessions at the conference. The opportunity to indicate interest in being selected for these special sessions will be available during the submission process. Refer to the Clinical Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines for details.
ENCORE POSTER OPPORTUNITY FOR INDUSTRY
Industry representatives may encore (re-present) posters that have been previously submitted as abstracts for poster consideration, peer-reviewed, accepted, and presented at a national or international educational oncology/hematology conference within 18 months of the JADPRO Live abstract submission deadline. This category is an opportunity to bring high-level data and content to JADPRO Live advanced practitioner attendees. A fee applies. Refer to the Encore Poster Submission Guidelines for instructions and important information.
PATIENT ADVOCACY POSTER OPPORTUNITY OFFERED BY APSHO
Patient advocacy organizations may submit abstracts describing outcomes of patient-centric initiatives and research in oncology and hematology. PLEASE NOTE: Abstracts submitted to this poster track must be from patient advocacy organizations. Advanced practitioners and industry representatives should submit to the clinical poster track or industry encore poster track, respectively. Refer to the Patient Advocacy Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines for instructions and important information.

- The full submission guidelines document for your poster type contains important information you will need to know for a successful submission.
- Create your account with your own email. All correspondence regarding your submission will come to the account you create for this portal. Do not create an account for someone else, or use someone else's email for this account.
- Start your submission early by creating an account and entering your submission title. You will be able to save your work and come back to complete it.
Submitters may access the submission portal below. Click on 'Create Account' in the New Users area to create an account. Once the account is created, the submitter will be able to access the submission until the deadline. Submissions that are incomplete after July 1, 2026 will no longer be accessible.
